In addition to a Wildlife and Fisheries Science degree earned at Texas A&M University, Jack has a lifetime of ranching experience with commercial cow/calf production. He harvested his first whitetail buck when we was seven years old which adds up to over five decades of hunting experience. He has also spent time working with oil and gas companies in surface production which has given him an understanding of the complexities of production and pipeline equipment which can impact the surface of some ranch owners.

Since 1987, Perry has been managing both cattle and wildlife ranches for absentee owners. He has worked closely with Texas Parks and Wildlife Department with wildlife coops since 1990 as a charter member of Harvey’s Creek Wildlife Management Association and serves on the board for Colorado County Wildlife Management Association. Perry runs his own cattle operation as well. Perry also worked for Colorado County CAD to verify properties with wildlife tax evaluations were meeting the guidelines.

Kate was born and raised in Weimar, Texas, and has a communications degree from Texas A&M University in College Station. Kate has a strong background in customer service from her experience in corporation communications, a large concierge firm and working with professional athletes for over seven years. Kate has a love for the outdoors, enjoys hunting and working with the family cattle operation. She is the current Vice President of the Harvey’s Creek Wildlife Management Association and on the board for the Colorado County Wildlife Management Association.
